August 24th arrives on Netflix Lost Olliea mixed media TV miniseries (live action with CGI animated characters) directed by Peter Ramsey, director of The 5 Legends and co-director of Spider-Man – A New Universe: Here are the official photos released by the production.
Lost Ollie is inspired by a story developed by Academy Award winners Brandon Oldenburg and William Joyce, which later became the book “Ollie and the Forgotten Toys”, and was expertly adapted by creator, screenwriter and producer Shannon Tindle, who has contributed to such films as Kubo and the Magic Sword.
In the cast we find Jonathan Groff, Mary J. Blige, Tim Blake Nelson, Gina Rodriguez, Jake Johnson and Kesler Talbot among those who only provided the voice by mimicking the animated characters and those who presented onstage instead.

Lost Ollie tells the epic adventure of a lost toy who bravely defies the thousand pitfalls of childhood, traveling across the countryside to find the child who lost him and the story of a child who lost much more: his best friend. This touching story is based on childhood memories and recalls those special encounters from long ago that changed our lives forever.
