Marvel and Disney+ tend to change some of the details of their already-aired shows to accommodate the new rules of the game. Wanda, in the English version, referred to her husband as Vision in the introduction to the program, with changes for each of the chapters. Now and after the first episodes Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnesshe refers to it only as a Vision.
Why did this change happen? WandaVision? The truth is that it is not clear and there is no theory for this sudden change. Small, yes, but the tradition of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is such that no detail is left to chance. And except for one, which was filmed more than two years after the premiere.
