Lost (Lost) was one of the great phenomena of the new millennium. Science fiction series created by JJ Abrams, Jeffrey Lieber and Damon Lindelof. impressed the public through six seasons before ending with a controversial ending in 2010. Although there is no sign of a reboot or spin offsome actors stay in touch.
The latest test is photo posted by Daniel Dae Kim on his Instagram account. The actor who gave birth to Jin-Soo Kwon in the series posed with Harol Perrineau (Michael Dawson) and Josh Holloway (Sawyer) to wish his followers happy holidays. The reaction was immediate and hundreds of people left positive comments about Lostincluding some of the original cast such as Emilie de Ravin (Claire Littleton).
Apparently various actors from Lost they kept in touch for over ten years after the end of the series. Josh Holloway posted a photo with Dae Kim and Henry Ian Cusick, an old acquaintance who debuted in the show’s second season as Desmond Hume. Holloway’s account also offers a journey into the past with memorabilia which includes Benjamin Linus and the great Hugo “Hurley” Reyes, as well as the late Mira Furlan, who played Danielle Russo.
Although the cast members of the series have fond memories of their work on the island, no signs of a possible return Lost. JJ Abrams and company’s plan was not to go beyond six seasons, so its creators have tried to solve most of the mysteries and mysteries that have been presented since the beginning. We shouldn’t have to go back. It comes up all the time and I think Damon and I have been very consistent and candid on this topic. We tell the story we wanted to tell.
While the producers are not interested in returning to the island, they are not closed off for anyone to do so. Cuse said that if someone had a good idea and managed to sell it to Disney, he would get their approval. Despite this, the screenwriter was realistic and said that there was no reason for them to nothing more to tell.
To date, there are many series trying to copy the formula Lost. Some examples like vision of the future, Eventor terranovaThey didn’t last one season. The most successful case manifesto, a series focusing on the crew of Montego Air Flight 828 who disappear for five years after turbulence. Although there are slight winks, the production is far from the work of Abrams and company.
However, manifesto has enough elements to satisfy those who are looking for something similar to Lost and all four seasons are available on Netflix.
