“Medical facilities in Tunja, Villa de Leyva and Chuiquinquirá are ready with trauma protocols and treating multiple wounds. I request emergency services not to crash unless necessary, medical personnel be careful,” he wrote.
Videos of the rescue efforts led by citizens to help those trapped in the vehicle are circulating on social networks.
