Asus ROG Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition, more power and cyberpunk styling with hidden clues
ROG Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition arrives fortified with the most advanced equipment led by Processors Intel Core i9 12950HX which provides 8 performance cores and 8 more efficiency cores, allowing up to 24 processing threads with a maximum TDP of 65W.
This processor is shipped with up to 64GB DDR5 RAM at 4800 MHz and up to 4 TB M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD with support for RAID 0 configurations for faster read and write speeds.
The graphics section belongs to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU with 16GB GDDR6. To reduce temperatures, the new generation of ROG Strix Scar uses a new cooling system based on resized liquid metal evaporation chamber ROG Conductonaut Extreme.
ROG Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition comes with two options for 17.3 inch screen designed for esports or a wider range of games.
The first one has Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 360Hz refresh rateand the second goes through QHD screen (2560 x 1440 pixels) with 240Hz refresh rate. Both options with a response of 3 ms.
As an aesthetic detail The Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition has a very stylish design. cyberpunk invisible ink that under normal lighting, the lines drawn on the chassis with this substance have a matte metallic texture. With the included UV flashlight, it offers SCAR Runner game hints in shades of green and blue.

The ROG Flow family strives for versatility across all of its products. Horn Thread X16 comes to expand this versatility with a 16″ offering that is equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS Processors with 8 cores and 16 processing threads with a TDP of 35W.
Graphics section covered Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU for laptops and family support XG Mobile External GPUs in a lightweight format weighing only 2.1 kg.
Temperature control is maintained thanks to Frost Force Technology and Pulsar Radiatorwhich has three fans and a high density heatsink, allowing the Flow X16 to perform at its best without overheating.
