This will be the second major update for Windows 11 and is not expected to be as significant as version 22H2. The fact is that the Redmond company is already working hard on Windows 12, which, according to estimates, will be released in the fall of 2024.

Meanwhile, some users have found references to Windows 11 23H2 in some documentation and pre-release versions of Windows. For example, links to 23H2 have already appeared in the Windows settings and in the menu with information about the version of the operating system.

According to feedback from testers, one of the most interesting features of Windows 11 23H2 is the “Combine” mode. It will allow each application window to be displayed separately in the taskbar and not be folded into a single common tab.
