The Register of Personnel Certification System (RSSP) demanded to finalize a review on expanding the state system for exchanging subscriber data between banks and telecom operators.

According to the project, a Unified Information System for Checking the Availability of Connection (UIS PSA) will be developed. Related to its banks is the development of users by phone numbers. This will help you avoid fraudulent activities.

The system operator, which includes the GRCHTS (a structure of Roskomnadzor), will store and process data, which “creates additional risks to their security.” The communication market is afraid of information leakage, which recently occurred at Roskomnadzor.

From a technical point of view, it does not matter for banks how they receive information – from a cellular communication operation or from the EIS PSA. The issue of pricing is important. But if the operator with the advent of a unified system is prohibited from transmitting data, it will become a monopolist, which may increase the cost of services for banks.
