This is the current Google version of the smartphone Pixel Fold in the form of a “clamshell”. It offers users much more options than a classically designed device. In “smartphone mode”, the display diagonal reaches 5.8 days, and the size is 2092 x 1080 pixels.
When unfolded, the user gets a 7.6-inch display with a resolution of 2208 x 1840, which already hurts. It is not a characteristic plan. The developers claim a picture refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and the ability to download videos in 4K format. Experts, evaluating the gadget, have already managed to find a drawback – this is a protruding lens, which can suffer if the device is carelessly placed on the table.
Manufacturers sought to make the novelty as functional as possible, provide for a translator, the ability to drag and drop files between applications and multitasking. However, none of the Pixel Fold’s screens interact with the style or develop with the pen. The operating system is Android 13 with guaranteed 5-level support for the release of security updates.
Of particular interest is the fourth camera of the gadget. Sensors for 48, 10.8, 10.8 and 5 MP are configured for automatic laser focusing. The device is available on a previous order with receipt in the near future. The price of $1799 is the highest value for the Samsung Galaxy Fold4.
