Andrey Dmitriev, a urologist at the Remedi Institute of Reproductive Medicine, said the causes of retrograde ejaculation in men could be prostate or testicular surgery, diabetes, taking certain medications, or problems with the autonomic nervous system.
This violation of ejaculation is indicated by the so-called “dry” orgasm – the complete absence of sperm at this time. Sperm is not excreted through the urethra, but into the bladder. As a result, the urine becomes cloudy and infertility develops in men.
The doctor notes that retrograde ejaculation can cause mental discomfort, stress, and insecurity in men. This in turn leads to other erection problems – especially premature ejaculation due to hormonal imbalance.
