Marketplace Wildberries has reduced the amount of the guarantee fee for new sellers. Now the fee for registering a personal account will be 10 thousand rubles.
In the fall, to combat fraud, the site set a one-time fee of 10 thousand rubles. Later, its amount was increased to 30 thousand rubles.
During the operation of this program, the cases of fraud with the creation of false product catalogs have been reduced to practically zero, the company says.
In January, the company also introduced a non-refundable fee for opening a collection point. Then the measure was also explained by the fight against fraudulent schemes. The fee must be paid not only in case of opening a collection point, but also when buying it from another owner.
