In her post, Paluzzi says: “Instagram is working to include AI agents (bots) in your conversations for a more fun and engaging experience. AI agents will be able to answer questions and make recommendations. You’ll be able to choose from 30 people who are very different”.

Alongside the descriptions, Paluzzi also shows an image of the AI ​​chatbot planned by Instagram. In it, we discovered that in addition to the functions mentioned earlier, the resource also aims to: help users be more “creative” and write messages. That is, if you do not know very well how to answer a question or comment, the chatbot will give you instructions by formulating appropriate responses.

When will it be released?

It is not yet clear how to make or implement the AI ​​chatbot within the photography and video platform. However, as we well know, Meta has already used some AI-centric technologies in its other products, such as AI Sandbox, which aims to help users create ads. Mark Zuckerberg’s company also recently announced an AI-powered coding tool called CodeCompose. However, it is not open to the public yet.

Regarding the leak brought by Paluzzi, Instagram has not officially commented for now. It is also worth mentioning that if the AI ​​chatbot project is still under testing and development, if it does not add or work properly in the application, it may not see the light of day eventually.
