Novosibirsk developers have created an online real estate classifier YoFlats in Bali. The resource allows you to choose on the right map to rent or buy housing. By the end of the year, the team plans to bring the service to other markets in Asia.
A YoFlats representative spoke about the launch of the RB.RU startup.
The service is an online real estate classifier in Bali, an analogue of the Russian “Cyan”. According to the developers, its feature is the ability to choose a suitable property for rent or purchase on the map.
The platform aggregates ads from various sources, including private ones. The offers are being validated for relevance, YoFlats clarified.
At the moment, the development team consists of 12 people, by the end of 2023 they plan to expand the staff to 40 people. Also, by the end of the year, the team hopes to bring the service to other markets in Asia.
Investments in the project amounted to 1.5 million rubles from the developers’ own funds. By the end of 2023, they plan to increase the service’s share of the online classified real estate market in Bali to 50-70%, in new Asian markets – to 15-20%.
YoFlats was founded by developers from Novosibirsk Kirill Maslov (CEO), Alexey Popov (COO) and Egor Maslov (CTO).
