Huawei can use the trade name “Vision Pro” until November 27, 2031, and the name applies to TVs, virtual reality (VR) devices, radio equipment and more.
Most likely, Apple has no chance to sell its “Vision Pro” product in China. The company will only be able to do this after renaming it – after changing the name – or after waiting for the patent to expire.
