PJSC “SmartTechGroup” (the parent company of the fintech service CarMoney) received a listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange. The company plans to start trading shares on July 3, they will be held in rubles. This was reported by the press service of SmartTechGroup.
JSC IFC Solid is the organizer of the placement. According to Anton Zinoviev, founder of CarMoney, the direct listing procedure has worked well for listing technology companies. Such organizations are discounted to the market until February 2022, providing investors with additional opportunities.
“Therefore, we enter the market with a small supply volume, the funds from which will allow us to successfully implement our strategic plans in the coming year. In the future, the company will consider the possibility of attracting additional share capital, depending on the situation on the market,” Zinoviev was quoted as saying by the press service.
During the listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange, shares for a total amount of 600 million rubles will be placed. As specified in the company to the Vedomosti edition, Anton Zinoviev and Sergey Sitnikov (shareholder) will provide documents for the placement.
It is planned that the proceeds will be used to issue an additional issue in the amount of 600 million rubles.
Therefore, the share of shares in free float after the sale of the specified volume, after the issuance of an additional issue, and taking into account minority shareholders, will reach approximately 20%. The company will use the proceeds to increase lending.
CarMoney was founded in 2016 by Anton Zinoviev and Konstantin Evdakov. The service provides loans to individuals, legal entities and entrepreneurs. With the help of CarMoney, the user receives a loan guaranteed by his car, the loan amount can reach up to 80% of the value of the guarantee.
