The developer of Tabula Sense and the Indaspace office management system launched “smart” desks with remote reservation

The reservation system prevents more people from suddenly coming to the office than the number of jobs allows, without agreeing among themselves. With it, employees can track which of their colleagues will visit the office in a given period and arrange meetings.

Indaspace allows you to reserve a desk, meeting room, parking, gyms, seats in corporate vehicles and more through the application of the same name.

The cost of such a table is 15 thousand rubles, the integrated reservation system is 14,990 rubles. Subscription to the service is 300 rubles per month from the place of work.

Tabula earns by selling tables and devices, Indaspace by subscription.
