At the end of the year, the Luna browser will be released in Russia. The application is currently in open testing on the App Store with limited functionality.
Luna will allow you to not only work with popular services, but also use financial services. As development progresses, services will be built into the browser to allow online purchases. In the future, project partners will be able to take advantage of extensions that improve the user experience, such as the address book and push notifications.
Domestic certificates of the Ministry of Digital Development are embedded in the new browser. “Luna” only opens verified sites that are visually highlighted in green for the user. “Adult” and shocking content is not bypassed by the app.
The browser blocks ads and trackers that collect and monitor information about pages viewed by users. The developers emphasize that as a result, sites load faster and mobile traffic consumption is reduced.
The company Innovative Development, which created the scanner, plans to fully launch the product by the end of the year. Currently having limited functionality, the app can be installed on iOS devices and will be available for Android devices in the future.
