Images released by NASA show the planet’s southern and northern hemispheres in detail. The first image, taken during the summer on Mars in July 2022, shows a pinkish atmospheric haze over the Argyre Basin crater and Valles Marineris canyons.

The second image, taken in January 2023, when Mars was furthest from the Sun, shows a bright magenta color representing the ozone accumulation caused by the planet’s winter season.

Fortunately, the Red Planet work on this is not going to stop.
