On July 24, an informal meeting of the Founders’ Mondays project will be held in St. Petersburg with the support of the StartupDrive accelerator. The founders will give start-up presentations to get feedback from the guests, and after that, all the participants will be able to communicate, exchange experiences and useful contacts.
Founders’ Mondays is a project of the RB.RU team. Our goal is to bring founders together to exchange ideas and communicate with friends. We also give you the opportunity to talk about your business, share experiences, hits and misses, and ask for helpful advice/contact if needed.
Founders’ Mondays meet regularly in Russia and around the world. We have already collected founders in the Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Georgia, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, the US and the UK.
how are the meetings
The meeting will be opened by special guests. After that, several founders give a commencement speech. Up to five minutes are allotted for each presentation, then questions are asked by special guests and other event participants.
Important: There are no VC pitches or “success” stories at our meetings, and founders are not tasked with selling a startup – we meet on Monday nights to chat and make new friends among entrepreneurs.
The first part lasts an hour on average. After launches, we do not disperse: we get to know each other, communicate, spend time in a pleasant company.
You can only participate in Founders Mondays in person, we do not broadcast meetings or record events.
Founders Monday in Saint Petersburg
The Monday founders’ meeting in St. Petersburg will be supported by Gazprom Neft’s StartupDrive accelerator. As a result of the program, residents scale their business and the company improves fuel sales solutions, expanding the customer service portfolio in IT products.
You can participate in the event as:
- guest: meet other founders, learn about new businesses, find partners and friends;
- speaker (you can apply until July 17 by mail [email protected]) — present your startup, share your plans, ask for advice if necessary.
