The developer of a digital platform for construction management Pragmacore closed the first round of investments worth 74 million rubles, a company representative told RB.RU.
The names of the investors are not disclosed. They received a minority stake in the company, up to 10%. The entire project is estimated at one billion rubles.
Pragmacore is a cloud-based construction project management solution. With the platform, you can control project time and budget, there are also built-in machine learning algorithms to determine the open work front and expected completion dates for project implementation.
According to their own data, the use of the platform allows construction companies to reduce the cost of building an object by an average of 7%.
The angel funding will go towards further development of the Pragmacore platform and increased sales.
The project was founded in 2021 by Kirill Polyakov, Alexey Drozdov (both former “senior directors of large construction companies in the industrial and oil and gas sectors”) and Alexander Chernyak (an IT entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in creating of digital products).
About 100 employees currently work in the company’s offices, Pragmacore is a resident of Skolkovo.
