About a third of Russians (34%) are ready to order alcoholic beverages online if there is a special stamp on such products, a survey by the Rabota.ru service showed.
At the same time, 27% of the respondents reported that they would agree to order such products only from trusted manufacturers. 25% indicated that it would be possible to buy alcohol only in reputable markets.
For 19% of respondents, a mandatory requirement is detailed information about the company and the content of the cards on the Internet site. One in five consumers wants to be able to study the composition of the products before placing the order.
Another 7% believe that additional agreements between the market and the customer could provide guarantees for the quality of the drinks.
At the same time, more than a third (34%) indicated that they would not buy alcohol either online or in physical stores.
Overall, the company’s study showed that 27% of the country’s residents use delivery services at least once a month. Only 1% make such orders every day, but already 6% – up to six times a week.
Another 16% use delivery services a couple of times a year, 14% several times, and 12% order products online every few years.
Among active delivery users, half of them usually order food. Every third (33%) – clothes, shoes and wardrobe details. 28% – cosmetics and care products, the same number – household chemicals.
Furthermore, about a quarter of respondents (24%) order home accessories online, another quarter (24%) prefer to choose home appliances online. Pet products through delivery services are purchased by 21% of respondents.
As for small and medium-sized businesses, 70% of online orders among entrepreneurs are for non-food products, says Kirill Khaustov, director of the Evotor innovation laboratory. Another 27% ask for food and water at home.
Rabota.ru interviewed 3,500 users of the service from all regions of the country.
