The State Duma will soon include the voluntary registration of the page of bloggers in social networks as a media outlet, as reported by MP Yana Lantratova.
As Lantratova noted, the rights of bloggers are currently limited:
They, like the media, should be able to send official requests to government agencies, be accredited to especially important events, and get access to documents.

Also, decision-making will increase the responsibility of the blogger for the distributed content. Now this is especially important due to the spread of fakes on the Internet.
