Almost a third of Russian workers (30%) adjust their vacation schedule to the second semester vacation, a study by Avito Rabota has shown.
Another 28% choose the rest time taking into account only their needs and circumstances. And 20% of those surveyed have no other option, for them the vacation schedule is made by the employer.
Unplanned vacations are taken more often by men than by women. In addition, the spontaneous decision to take vacations is more frequent among people between the ages of 18 and 25. In total, this option was chosen by 12% of those surveyed.
Another 13% adjust their vacations to the vacations of their children, of whom more women than men.
Only 10% fit into friends’ schedules, and 3% of respondents could not indicate the beginning of vacation planning.
