The main place in it is given to ramen – a Japanese dish with wheat noodles. In cafes, at the suggestion of the neural network, they are served not with pork broth, but with beef, chicken, and even octopus and red cabbage.
At the same time, not all recipes turned out to work for the neural network, agrees Mark Shah Akbari, the cafe’s concept chef, who ended them. According to him, in cocktails, for example, the neural network does not always feel what the balance of alcohol, sweetness and sourness should be.
In addition, the neural network helped the owners design the interior according to the Futurama cartoon.
