The fight between Apple and Epic Games continues.

This time, the Cupertinos appealed to the US Supreme Court with a win to review the decision of Judge Rogers. She determined that the company can no longer prevent iOS developers from selling content in their apps using external payment processors.

Lawyers for Apple suggest that the 9th District “went too far” by issuing a nationwide injunction against the Cupertinos. The statement said the company will take the lead on “important issues” about the powers of the courts.

Reuters notes that the 9th district has dismissed Apple and Epic Games’ feelings of reconsideration. While Epic has yet to comment, the company may also be meeting frequently in the Supreme Court to hear its appeal. [9to5]
