Stamina is dedicated to the selection, analysis, complex preparation of transactions, legal structuring and capitalization management of startups. The company focuses on the IT, FinTech and EdTech markets.
“In test mode, during 2022, the project provided targeted assistance to 45 projects and helped raise a total of $3.5 million for their development,” said Galina Blokhina, a partner at Stamina.
In exchange for his expertise, Stamina takes a stake (5-10%) in a startup, then adds funds from his partners in the investment round, or takes the completed project to scale, or attracts more serious investment, for example, from partners. strategic. investors, the company said.
