The innovations will take effect 60 days after they are officially published in the media.
Violators will reportedly be fined a minimum of 29 MCI (minimum payment). The most serious violations are punishable by 10 days of detention.

Bloggers will need to tag their content so that users are aware of the promotional nature of the content.
