It is worth noting that so far we have only talked about those who are not partners of Tinkoff. The new changes will take effect on July 31, 2023.
According to the bank, the free deposit limit during the billing period will no longer apply to deposits to accounts made from third-party banks’ ATMs. From now on, commission will be charged for these transactions according to the tariffs of the payment cards.
Currently, Tinkoff partners with which you can top up cards without commission are MKB, VTB, Otkritie and Post Bank.
For example, for customers with the Tinkoff Black tariff, the commission will be 2% when renewing the card at third-party banks.
This decision caused controversy and some dissatisfaction among customers, since the previous replenishment of the Mir card through ATMs of third-party banks was not subject to commission.
