AlfaStrakhovanie bought the Russian subsidiary of the international insurance company Atradius. It will operate under the AlfaStrakhovanie Trade Credits brand. AlfaStrakhovanie and Atradius have been cooperating since 2013, even before the creation of Atradius Rus.
AlfaStrakhovanie became the owner of 100% of a stake in a subsidiary of the international insurance company Atradius. The completion of the transaction was reported in the press service of AlfaStrakhovanie.
Atradius Rus Credit Insurance specialized in commercial credit insurance. According to analysts, Atradius’ share of the global market for these services reaches 30%.
After going through all the procedures, Atradius Rus Credit Insurance will operate under the AlfaStrakhovanie Trade Credits brand.
AlfaStrakhovanie and Atradius have been cooperating since 2013, even before the creation of the Russian subsidiary.
