According to an insider, development on the PS5 Pro started early last year and demos are already being prepared for major studios. They’ll likely get their developer kits as early as November this year, which hints at a possible release next year.

The GPU is said to run at 18Gbps, which is significantly faster than the PS5’s 14Gbps. While the exact amount of memory and bus width has not been disclosed, speculation suggests support for 8K gaming and high-frequency 4K gaming. Also, rumors imply the use of advanced AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 technology.
