HE Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) announced the launch New version of “TSE Doubts”free virtual assistant Answering questions about the 2022 election period. The tool was developed with support from Croatian technology company Infobip through the integration of an API with the chatbot Answer.
The service can answer up to 16 questions, such as the dates of the 2022 election calendar, polling place, biometric registration, as well as other important questions about polling day.
To contact the “TSE’s Question Answerer” simply add the number (61) 9637-1078 to your smartphone’s contact list and send a message – direct access is also possible via an abbreviation provided by TSE.
TSE and WhatsApp
“Currently, WhatsApp is available on 99% of Brazilian smartphones. “It’s good to see that key government agencies are interested in increasing their communication channels to talk to stakeholders, as is the case with parent companies in the country,” said Giovanna Dominiquini, Inphobia’s South Latin America region sales manager.
Supreme Election Court, “TSE’s Suspicions” in “True or Rumor?” It also offers a service to illuminate fake news. The tool displays information rejected by verification bodies such as UOL Confere, Estadão Verses, among others – this information can be easily transmitted on WhatsApp.
