Some of the printers repeated the last job, while others began to print a new model directly on top of what was already made, causing them to break.
Note that Bamboo started an investigation into this incident. The preliminary version says that the cause of the incident was a malfunction in the cloud service that allows remote control of printers.
It is important to note that such devices can get very hot and even cause a fire if the owner does not take measures in time.
The creators of the printers have already taken responsibility for what happened and urged the device owners to assess the damage and then contact the company for possible compensation.
