The statistics take into account equipment of Turkish brands, which, in addition to Turkey, are partially produced in Russia or China.
The stability of the assortment and the presence of local production allow Turkish brands to strengthen their positions, replacing, together with brands from China, the Western players that left, market participants note.
- Russian distributors of electronics and home appliances have started to shift supply chains from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan, China and the United Arab Emirates following the Kazakh government’s declarations to tighten controls on parallel imports into Russia. Equipment prices can increase by 10-12%.
