At the end of a two-year experiment at the James Cook University, out of 24 people not specifically infected with hookworms, one was ready to destroy them. And at that moment he was to undergo surgery. All the rest confessed that they lived a life with parasites in the intestines in compliance with their well-being.

The concept of “worm therapy” is based on the fact that the existing parasitic life is important to maintain the existence and the host organism in the way that can be continued. In the absence of hookworm in favor of a volume that is very light and not very light, with no activity. And thus maintain the stability of the intestinal microbiome, preventing metabolic diseases.

However, hookworms are still the same parasites and harm their owner, so scientists have developed a method for controlling them. The key rule is hygiene, because worms only reproduce outside the host’s body. It could be more difficult to control the number of worms inside the human body and the impact on the body.

The study was conducted on a two-year-old method, and 40 people were not paid in the amount of 27 to 50 dollars, all had early signs of metabolic diseases. One part received 20, and the other 40 microscopic larvae, similar to hookworms of the species Necator americanus. The control group was placebo.

According to the results of the experiments, all participants showed an improvement in sensitivity to inulin, which prevents you from diabetes. Also, the presence of parasites contributed to the development of cytokines, important components of the body’s immune system. As a result, the study had to be terminated early, so scientists are looking to continue studying parasites on a microwave man.
