The Ministry of Digital Development intends to review the standards for the training of specialists in the field of cybersecurity in Russia. The department is preparing an update taking into account the current level of threats, the head of the ministry, Maksut Shadayev, told RIA Novosti.
Against a background of increasing number of cyber-attacks on Russian companies, demand for services to investigate such incidents has also increased. Sales of tracking and analytics solutions grew between 20% and 40%.
Now its volume is estimated at 15 billion rubles – about 8% of the entire information security market. Cyber intelligence makes it possible to understand in advance what threats an organization may face in the near future. And technical research helps to understand how the cybercriminal acted to strengthen protection against similar attacks in the future.
