Sber has launched money transfers for Russians to Iran to individuals and legal entities. The bank is confident that the service will be popular mainly with tourists.
Transfers are sent to the account number in Pasargad Bank, the standard commission for international transfers is 1% of the amount. The limit for one transaction per day is set at 1 million rubles, Kommersant writes.
Experts believe that the service can be much more useful for the operations of legal entities, both large corporations and small wholesalers.
- On September 5, Sberbank launched transfers to Kazakhstan banks using Visa and Mastercard. The minimum transfer amount is one thousand rubles, the commission is 30 rubles. The next day, it stopped transfers to these cards and also began returning funds sent to customers the day before.
