The company considers factors such as neurotype, talent and environmental awareness to find the right job. Mentra, in particular, has an impressive annual retention rate of 97.5%.
The platform also improves job descriptions, making them more cognitively accessible and consistent. More than 70% of the data collected by Mentra is unique and not collected by traditional job search platforms. The startup offers a free service for neurodivergent job seekers and an annual subscription for corporate companies.
Mentra has previously received funding from high-profile individuals including OpenAI’s Sam Altman and has recently completed a $3.5 million startup funding round led by Shine Capital.
