The Mentra platform goes beyond the traditional search for keyword resumes and uses artificial intelligence to match applicants to positions that match their abilities and skills. The company considers factors such as neurotype, talent and environmental awareness to find the right job. Mentra, in particular, has an impressive annual retention rate of 97.5%.

The platform also improves job descriptions, making them more cognitively accessible and consistent. More than 70% of the data collected by Mentra is unique and not collected by traditional job search platforms. The startup offers a free service for neurodivergent job seekers and an annual subscription for corporate companies.

Mentra has previously received funding from high-profile individuals including OpenAI’s Sam Altman and has recently completed a $3.5 million startup funding round led by Shine Capital.
