An RB.RU correspondent was convinced that a major failure had occurred in Tinkoff’s work. Upon entering the application, the bank informs that “payments and services may not work temporarily.”
According to Downradar, the number of complaints about the Downradar service exceeds a thousand. Most often, residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Cheboksary and Krasnodar complain about malfunctions.
Users also complain about the inability to transfer money and pay for goods.
Tinkoff’s press service told RB.RU that “a small number of customers may have problems with operations in the application.” The bank is working to eliminate them.
