In Russia, for the first time, they will begin to deliver dishes from a restaurant on a private plane, the Brunello establishment from the Krasnaya Polyana gaming zone will deliver dishes from its brand chef from Sochi to Moscow. Customers from Moscow and the Moscow region will be able to order a set of six dishes from the restaurant’s chef, Ilya Zakharov. The exclusive set consists of Chilean sea bass fillet with wasabi, beef tongue with asparagus, lemon tart with sorbet and bergamot and several other dishes. The price of the game is 11 thousand rubles, delivery will cost almost 10 million rubles, the price includes aircraft rental and restaurant employee fees.
Products from southern Russia and ingredients from all over the world are used to prepare the dishes.
You can place and pay for your order on Yandex.Food. After this, the restaurant representatives will contact the customer and discuss the delivery details. A whole team of chefs will travel to the client from Sochi to Moscow, they will prepare the dishes at the client’s home with the ingredients brought, then they will set the table and serve the dishes on collectible plates.
According to the brand’s chef Ilya Zakharov, this service is aimed at “passionate connoisseurs of haute cuisine who want to experience the most unusual and exclusive things in life.” He admits that ordering a delivery by private jet is an emotional act that should not be evaluated from the point of view of rational, everyday principles.
The Brunello restaurant became the first establishment in Russia to offer this service. The equipment will arrive at the customer’s location within 48 hours. You can place your order until September 30.
