In Russia, sales of sportswear of a new brand have begun. The Konda product line is presented exclusively at Megamarket (formerly Sbermegamarket), a market representative said.
At the moment, the brand’s assortment is represented by five pairs of men’s and women’s sports shoes at prices ranging from 6,990 to 8,990 rubles.
The creators of the brand clarified that the name Konda is inspired by the Konda River in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The development of the brand was led by Megamarket’s sporting goods category director Igor Panfilov, who previously participated in the product development of his own brand, Sportmaster.
“Training models are designed, first of all, to provide stability and maximum possible shock absorption – key needs for people participating in training, regardless of their training level,” Panfilov noted.
Winter sports clothing, exercise equipment, fitness accessories and martial arts products will go on sale this year under the Konda brand. By the end of 2025, it is planned to expand the Konda range to 3,000 items.
