Some electronic documents from State Services will be the same as their paper original. The corresponding decree was signed by the President. The list of these documents will be determined by the government and the FSB, and the Ministry of Digital Development will finance the implementation of the decree.
Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which some of the documents submitted electronically through Gosuslugi will be the same as their paper original. The document signed by the President of the Russian Federation was published on the portal of legal acts.
It is not yet clear which documents can be submitted through Gosuslugi; The government and the FSB will draw up a list of them. They must complete this work in three months.

The Ministry of Digital Development was instructed to finance the implementation of the decree, as well as to maintain a register in which data on organizations and areas of their work will be entered for verification of information by legal entities.
