Apple has released the second beta firmware for AirPods Pro 2 – 7A5244b.
It includes gestures for controlling Siri that were announced at WWDC 2024: nodding and shaking your head. For example, if you receive a call, you can nod your head to indicate you don’t want to answer, or nod to accept the call.
In addition, spatial audio for the game has been added and an updated voice isolation for headphones.
Installation requires a new firmware for a device running iOS 18. It will not be available to regular users until that version.
