This Wednesday (20) WhatsApp launched Flows, a feature that allows you to develop more complete interactions for customers through the Business edition. In this way, companies from all sectors such as banks, airlines, food delivery services and electronics brands can improve the consumer experience.

The new feature allows you to turn messaging interaction into something more immersive. According to WhatsApp, function eliminates the need to navigate through fixed menus and time-consuming service processes.

For airlines, for example, Flows can let you choose seats faster on personalized screens without leaving WhatsApp.

“In our initial testing, we heard from companies across industries about how this feature will be a game changer for their business, allowing people and companies to do more with their customers without having to leave the chat on WhatsApp where they do business.” It features Nikila Srinivasan, vice president of Business Messaging at Meta.

Airlines can explore Flows to allow consumers to choose their own flight seats without leaving the app.

Flows is currently under development. The first companies to try the model were Banco PAN and Consórcio Magalu, which offered a solution for credit products contracts.

According to Meta, Flows is part of a series of additions to conversation experiences on WhatsApp. The company sees messenger as a way to help companies create meaningful and relevant connections with their consumers.

At the same event, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced: Meta Verified program will soon come to WhatsApp. The subscription package has been available for Instagram and Facebook in Brazil since June this year.

Like other platforms, Meta Verified for WhatsApp will guarantee profile verification, support and protection against account fraud.
