Almost a thousand Russian companies and individual entrepreneurs request payments from the Google representative office in the Russian Federation. The debt exceeds 20.1 billion rubles as of August 22, writes TASS.
Among the applicants are VK, 1C-Bitrix, Skillfactory online school, VTB Leasing, VimpelCom (Beeline brand), SKB Kontur and others.
In May 2022, the Russian subsidiary of the American corporation Google, Google LLC, applied to the arbitration court to declare bankruptcy.

Previously, the assets of the Russian subsidiary of Google worth 500 million rubles were detained by the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The television company NTV filed a statement of claim in this regard.
