A new smartphone with model number M461Q was recently registered with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). It is assumed that this phone will be one of the models in the Meizu 21 series and will be based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Insider Digital Chat Station shared some details about the smartphone. Major updates will affect core configurations, while external changes will be minimal.

One of the most important updates could be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship mobile processor and will be introduced at the end of October 2023.

The Meizu 21 series is expected to come with a 50-megapixel main camera with a larger sensor other than the chip. While the standard version of the phone has a basic telephoto lens, the Pro version will have a periscope lens.
