Yandex voice assistant Alice will pick up a shopping basket at Lavka. She will only have to list the necessary products, she will do the rest herself. This was reported by the press service of the service to RB.RU.
The user does not have to name a product from a specific manufacturer, it will be enough to order, for example, milk with a fat content of 3.2%. Alice will find the right product herself, based on previous purchase history. She may also be asked to remove a particular item from her cart.
To finish collecting the basket, it is necessary to say “that’s it” or “that’s enough.” After this, your smartphone will receive a push notification in the “Stores”, “Yandex.Food” or Go applications or an SMS with the collected order, which you can edit and pay.
For now, voice assistant ordering is available for Lavka users in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
- Yandex will launch a virtual voice assistant in Kazakhstan at the end of 2023. “Alice” will be available on computers, smartphones and in the mobile application.
