The Avtodom group of companies has postponed its IPO on the Moscow Stock Exchange until 2025. The trader intends to raise about 30 billion rubles up to a maximum of 30% of the capital, Vedomosti has learned.

Avtodom postponed its IPO until 2025

The company plans to allocate most of the raised investments to production at the former Mercedes MB Rus plant in Esipov, Moscow Region, as well as to organize the production of automotive components.

At the end of 2022, Avtodom stated that its goal would be to go public during 2023-2024 if external factors and the macroeconomy were favorable for it.

In spring 2023, the dealership announced the closing of a deal to purchase Mercedes-Benz’s Russian business. The agreement also included the automaker’s plant in the Moscow region with a production capacity of up to 30 thousand cars per year. In addition, Avtodom acquired the right to provide warranty support for cars of this brand.
