In one of these many motivational speeches, Bill Gates said that in his 20s, “he didn’t believe in vacations. I didn’t believe in weekends. forced everyone around me worked long hours. In a podcast series that millionaire tech investor spoke to BBC talked about his obsession with productivity.

“I knew everyone’s license plate number, so I could look into the parking lot and see when people were coming in and when they were leaving. Over time, I had to slow down when the company reached a reasonable size,” he explains.
