In Russia, services based on artificial intelligence are most actively used by employees of the IT industry (58%) and representatives of the banking sector (53%). For most Russians, the concept of AI is still new and its essence is not fully understood, Avito Works analysts found out. RB.RU learned about the results of the study.
AI is also used in their work by 50% of online retail employees, 49% of those working in the arts and entertainment field, and the same number in the beauty industry.
Overall, 41% of Russians use the capabilities of artificial intelligence to solve work problems. Another 40% of those surveyed are committed to mastering technology and the subsequent modernization of work processes.
37% of citizens noted that artificial intelligence was able to fully achieve its goal, and another 60% stated that the tasks in which AI participated were partially solved.
