Small businesses are increasingly actively seeking the services of assistants to work with the markets. Avito Services analysts came to this conclusion after analyzing businessmen’s orders from September 15 to October 15, 2023 and 2022, before the traditional seasonal sales from November to December approached. RB.RU learned about the study.

Analysts have recorded an increase in demand from small businesses for services related to working with markets.

Thus, demand for services for the delivery of goods to markets over the past month throughout the country immediately increased by 2.5 times, or 154%, compared to the same period in 2022.

Sellers and manufacturers of goods are also turning to fulfillment services – a full range of logistics services for the transportation of goods from supplier to buyer (up 176% over the year).

To increase sales, business owners also hire professional photographers. Demand for such services increased by 81% over the past month compared to the same period last year.

There is also demand for product card design and promotion services: demand for services for markets in the Advertising and Printing category increased by 166% during the year.

The demand for accounting has also increased significantly: the demand for business services from specialists in working with markets has tripled in one year, and the number of advertisements over the same period has increased by 96%.

Avito Services clarified that the total number of requests for services of specialists working with the markets reaches several hundred thousand per month.
