VTB granted the Samolet group a loan of 45.6 billion rubles for the purchase of the developer MIC, the press service of the credit institution reported.
The promotion group closed the agreement to acquire the developer on October 16. According to sources, its amount amounted to 44 billion rubles.
As noted by VTB, the transaction became one of the most important in the housing construction sector.
He also clarified that “the peculiarities of this transaction include the fact that the sellers of the assets were natural persons; Transaction settlements contain both fixed and variable components, which will be determined depending on the fulfillment of a series of conditions in the future. .”
The agreement included 11 projects and more than 50 companies that were part of the MIC Group.
